Admin Guide: How to Invite Users
Follow these steps to securely invite your team members to the calibration app.
Log in to the base44 Dashboard
Go to the main base44.app website and log in with your admin account. This is done outside of this calibration app.
Navigate to User Management
In the base44 dashboard, find the section for your app. Look for a tab or menu item labeled **"Users"** or **"Team"**.
Send the Invitation
Click the **"Invite User"** button. You will be prompted to enter the employee's email address and select their role.
Employee Accepts Invitation
The employee will receive an email with a secure link to join the app. They will need to log in with their Google account to get access.
Admin
Full control. Can manage tools, perform calibrations, and permanently delete records. For Quality Managers and Owners.
User
Can add/edit tools and perform calibrations. Cannot permanently delete records. For Technicians and Team Leads.
Viewer
View-only access. Cannot make any changes. Perfect for general employees, auditors, and demonstrations.
